Pet Paws Shop operates as a dropshipping entity. This means we do not always stock the items in-house. Once an order is placed, it is fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

  • All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Payments are processed securely via PayPal and major Credit Cards. We do not store your financial information. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Because we use dropshipping suppliers, shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Pet Paws Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please review our Refund Policy (if applicable). Generally, since products are shipped from suppliers, returns must be authorized by our support team at servicepetpaws@gmail.com before being sent back.

7. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
