Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pet Paws Shop. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer Standard Shipping to all customers within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. DROPSHIPPING & MULTIPLE PACKAGES

To provide you with the best prices and unique pet supplies, we work with global suppliers. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times, as they may be coming from different fulfillment centers.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Pet Paws Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most US orders, these fees are typically included or not applicable for small consumer purchases.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect. Please double-check your information. If a package is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking), we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
