Refund Policy

At Pet Paws Shop, we want you and your pet to be happy. However, because we ship our products directly from our global suppliers to keep prices low and shipping efficient, we have a specific return process.

1. RETURNS & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food, treats, personalized items, or used bedding/toys.

2. "NO-HASSLE" DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at servicepetpaws@gmail.com.

  • Do not send the item back yet. We require a photo or video of the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund. This way, you don’t have to worry about shipping the defective item back.

3. CHANGE OF MIND / VOLUNTARY RETURNS

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and keep our prices competitive, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." Please review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • If a return is exceptionally authorized by our team, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to our designated warehouse (which may be international). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your proof of damage or authorized return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 10 business days.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order has likely been processed by our supplier and cannot be stopped.
